Again they took my money from my account even after contacting them and the bank. There is no way to cancel from the app and they don’t respond to emails. I asked my bank to stop them and still I’ve been charged. DO NOT DOWNLOAD their app as it is a pure scam!!!! Contacted the Apple App Store and no response… what a surprise

I did a free trial, I unsubscribed it in time, and they still charged me. Then I went to unsubscribe again and they try to trick you to click on 'keep subscription' by making the button more prominent and where logically, the confirm unsubscription button should be. Edit: they gave me the refund after writing to their customer service, so I am glad about that.

The app during the free trial was pretty fun to use… I signed up for the trial after being told I’d be charged monthly around $6 per month and could cancel at an time for any reason. This sounded like a low risk offer to me as I figured that the worst case scenario I’d only have a small sum of money leave my account at any stage. Unfortunately after my week trial expired I was charged for 12 months - not one. I proceeded to request a refund from Apple, but as the payment wasn’t made via them they couldn’t refund me, so I tried Photoleap directly. They produced a claim number for me, but never contacted me back. There is no support number, and their social media is entirely automated leaving you with no way to request and track a refund or talk to someone about any other alternative. I’ve been charged almost 12 times what I was expecting, and have consequently had a direct debit that I had accurately budgeted for bounce as a result… and so far I’ve not as much as had a human being respond to me and have had no advice as to when or even if my refund request is being processed.

I got the app a week ago for a 7 day trial which was up today but yesterday they took £40 from my account, I did not even use the app there was no where to cancel as it was not in my google store, anyway I emailed them this morning and they have refunded me and sent the refund invoice so quite happy with that
