Philo Tracking Order Status

Just got Philo. Unfortunately, it does not include Bravo TV and there are way too many commercials. I didn't realize I wouldn't be able to watch Bravo without my Verizon so now I can't watch my favorite channel. Will probably cancel Philo soon.

This streaming app is a bit of a joke. Comes with commercials FYI, which I'm okay with, but it doesn't allow you to fast-forward or rewind. At all. So, if you missed something that was said, or didn't catch something on the screen, good luck! You have to re-start the ENTIRE episode/movie. Who's came up with this idea? On top of that, there are so many technical glitches. I've been using Philo for about 4 days now, and I've already experienced multiple technical glitches. For example, I got a true "glitch" screen display, with lines of bright pink and neon green glitching erratically all over the screen as the episode continued playing. The sound tracking was fine though. Another technical glitch I've already experienced multiple times is where I get random zooming. I'll be watching a show, and the screen will suddenly zoom in on the corner of the show. So then I have a partial, but very intense, close-up of the actors' faces, and I can't see anything else happening on the show. Unless they update their software and UI/UX design really soon, I wouldn't recommend using Philo. And it's not like they're new at streaming, so...

Got Philo 8 months ago. Now I have problems with b uffering, especially popular live shows like OPlive. I tried working with them and got the following:1 restart fire stick 2 send pictures of problem and run speed test. 3 remove app and reinstall 3 clear cache and data on Philo app 4 restart router 5 restart modem……etc. my speed at the fire stick is 100mbps+. I have done everything they say. AT THIS POINT I’M SICK OF THEIR ‘SOLUTIONS’. I would recommend going elsewhere unless you love buffering and endless commercials.

Started off ok, now there are way too many commercials. On average you watching 10 commercials every 10 minutes, very frustrating. One more thing, can you PLEASE put your BLUE DOT ads on the back shelve already!! I mean, how many times do you need to show them on top of a 5 minute commercial binge.

I love all the shows but it slways take 10 to 11 commercials to get to yr shows way to many even regular TV never had that many
