Ordered Barbour boots on Sunday arrived Tuesday - kept informed and delivered by DPD on time - well packed and quality product at a reasonable price - no issue whatsoever thanks

There are quite a few negative reviews and it did make me question whether I should buy from this retailer. So I thought I should share my experience. Great price on a Le creuset dish. Received confirmation email shortly afterwards. Product arrived quickly, and was very well packaged. Positive experience and would use again.

After seeing the negative reviews I was almost put off purchasing however went ahead cause they had the boots I wanted, right size at the best price. Ordered over Christmas so with Royal Mail etc didn’t expect to receive them until the new year, there is also a notice, quite clear in their website regarding delays - but got them within 2 days!! Well chuffed. Transaction from start to finish was easy, informed of shipping information, boots packaged well. Absalutely nothing negative to say.

Bought a Barbour coat which was delivered quickly as promised. Unfortunately, didn’t fit and they didn’t have the next size so returned it. They acknowledge my return within 24-hours from sending confirming receipt and an immediate refund. Shame I couldn’t buy from them but a quick return and refund shows they are a good company to buy from. It’s when things AERN’T right that you need to BUY right!

After reading some negative reviews I thought I would add my own positive experience with the company. I ordered three items at 4pm Thursday, received a tracking number not even an hour later and my parcel arrived by 10am Saturday. I wasn’t expecting it to arrive so quickly so was thrilled to see the DPD man at my door. Who doesn’t love fast (& free) delivery! Overall I was very pleased with my experience and I shall no doubt make a purchase again in the near future.
