First thing I noticed was that you are a lot cheaper than other sites,and eyerything was straight forward will be ordering from them in the future highly recommend just w they did a monthly prescription ordered .

My order for mounjaro seemed to take ages to process. I had to keep ringing and chasing for them to get it dispensed and sent out to me. Once my package arrived there were no instructions no email on how to use the product so I had to call them again to ask for some intro email video on how to use the injection and how to store it, as this is the first time I’m using this and totally clueless. Secondly I would have thought a pharmacy prescribing this kind of injection will call the patient and go through info, goals and ensure person is ready and confident to proceed. I would also have expected some diet and nutrition info of what foods to eat and avoid and things to be aware of side effects etc. I know other friends with other online pharmacies who get sent lots of info and support. The only good thing is that I was able to purchase a three month starter pack which saved me a bit of money.

I ordered medicine only to be asked for proof of having been prescribed this medicine (I received two requests one after the other) which I duly sent, I noticed that the format I used was not acceptable so I corrected this before sending via the online form. On not receiving anything I contacted head office but have still not received any response.
