Pensxpress Tracking Order Status

I ordered black, personalized retractable pens for my 50th Wedding Anniversary and they are awesome. I love them. They look expensive and elegant. The price was on point and they were delivered in a very timely manner.

The pens I ordered a year ago, were printed with our logo and the quality of the pen (.59 each) and the printing was outstanding! Our Sweet Adeline Chorus has decided to order more pens and I am ordering the exact same pen we ordered initially. What a fabulous price for such a great pen. I work as a nurse in a Children's Hospital and am hoping to design a logo for our NICU and then order these pens again. Thanks for your kindness and expertise. Warm regards, Sue

Those I've given the pens to like the writing quality & the grip but have found that the clip breaks off easily.

Good experience. Pens were of great quality! Sale price was good! Turnaround time great. I wish there was some way I could have reviewed the size of the logo to see if it could have been enlarged. I have seen other pens with larger logos, so I think it is doable.

After shopping around for pens for our firm (and being let down many times along the way) I finally landed upon PensXpress. While the prices were slightly higher than we were hoping for, you most certainly get what you pay for! The quality is superb and markets our logo in an elegant and professional fashion. The ink is smooth and the grip is comfortable. Furthermore, I can't speak highly enough about Claudia! She's helped us with our numerous orders to restock our pens and each time it's as simple as sending an email. She's friendly, helpful, prompt and an absolute delight! The only critique I can come up with is that I wish they offered coupons or, at the very least, occasional discounts for regular customers. It would be nice to have my repeated patronage acknowledged and rewarded. While that is a minor set back and keeps me from ordering with more frequency, it does not keep me from being a repeat customer. Claudia will be hearing from me again soon for another shipment!
