National Pen Tracking Order Status

I placed the order for 60 pens with my own logo. Very happy about the design. Then I had to contact them as the ink for my pens was no longer available and they accommodated my needs. A misunderstanding happened in the meanwhile as I thought that they wanted to change the ink used to "color" the pens but it was the actual ink the pen were writing on paper ahhahaha. Anyhow, they called me a few time and they did a very good follow up as I was getting very annoyed initially. They turned my initial dissatisfaction into a beautiful experience. Highly recommended. BTW the result is impressive. I'm very very happy with my pens

I've ordered from them before and been very happy, however this time, they never sent tracking and my order showed up unexpected when I was out of town. When I got back, the product was incredibly cheap and flimsy. I called and their customer service located in the Carribbean wouldn't assist and told me the plastic tumbler I order (which was basically a solo cup with my logo-not a tumbler) never said it would be hard and it was my fault. I pressed for some sort of a solution as they were such poor quality there's no way I would give those out as intended and they came back and told me to just pay 95% of the total price on line (meaning a 5% discount), however, you can't change the amount paid online, they didn't update the discount and then charged me a late fee on top of it. Terrible customer service and bad experience. I'll be shopping elsewhere.
