Pendleton Tracking Order Status

I love this store. I live in the desert so some things are not appropriate for me. I don't tend to buy the blankets and coats. But a hairband, a vest, tees, towels and mugs and sox ..I am all about that. Backpacks are beyond my budget. Staff is always friendly. Love the bags they give you at the store. Have shopped online. Good deals. But no fun.

I am writing a second review to follow up on the below. While the experience was not a great one, I would like to thank the members of staff we could reach, who were very helpful and communicated clearly and warmly (Lauren and Asib particularly, as well as whoever was communicating from the US with my other half). Thanks also for refunding our delivery fee.

I purchased a coat and sweater during black friday this year. Both look well made and seem fine for the price. The coat buttons are a bit "off" of my proportions (center button doesn't align with my waist) but I'm hourglass so.... Overall, I wish I could have tried on the coat first. I was thinking of getting an Aritzia wool one but the finishing on them appears a bit cheap to me. The Pendleton finishing look really nice, the buttons look high quality, the fabric has a nice weight to it.

I love my Pendleton jackets. Took a while to get to my house and the customer service team was a little slow, but overall such a great brand if you're looking for the quality... and willing to pay for it!

I ordered multiple pairs of trousers and a sweater. They all shipped and arrived promptly within 2 weeks. The trousers are US made, great fit, and made out of good quality material. The sweater is made in China, however. Also, I did notice that the seams were a bit sloppy, but I don't expect them to fall apart. Would recommend
