Pear Tree Greetings Tracking Order Status

I've ordered my Holiday cards since 2018 from Pear tree. While I love the cards, every year they short me on things. 2 years in a row it was ribbons, this year it was 4 envelopes. This will be my last year ordering. I pay to much money for these constant mistakes

This is the first time I purchased from this company and it will be the last. I don’t usually write reviews, but I want to save others the frustration. I ordered these cards on Dec. 4th and it is now Dec. 18th and I’m still waiting on them. The tracking says they won’t come until the 20th, so by the time they get to people it will probably be after Christmas. I called customer service twice and the first time they said the cards were still being printed and that it was out of their hands. The second time, they said the company wasn’t prepared for the amount of orders they got on cyber Monday. How is that my fault? They didn’t offer any compensation. Don’t waste your time with this company if you need something quickly!
