PDSA Tracking Order Status

Reception staff good. Vets are excellent. The only gripe is the waiting time. Waited over two hours to see the vet and that was with an appointment. My dog gets very restless and anxious as he's getting old now. Maybe there's a shortage of vets Hospital was warm & clean .

I received excellent service throughout my contact with the amazing PDSA hospital. The online booking service was very effective and the vet was exceptionally kind and helpful. She explained everything in a very straightforward and informative manner that put my mind at rest. She was so gentle when treating my cat. I would definitely recommend the animal hospital in Cardiff.

My telephone consultation with the vet was very good , he listened and offered me very good advice! I didn't feel rushed and was able to explain my pets issues fully! I also had a fantastic experience at a face to face appointment a few months ago! I arrived very worried about my elderly dog but left feeling reassured.

I have Always had fath in the pdsa there so kind caring and understanding towards everyone involved

They have helped my dogs for years now they are professional and great with the animals
