PC Richard & Son Tracking Order Status

I was in dire need of a new TV, did some research, ran to PC Richards Wayne. NJ Met Manny, who was wonderful, to the point i was having difficulty connectig my Denon to the LG TV. Manny came to my house at 8PM, and got it working perfectly. I will always trust PC Richard, let alone Manny is total value to your company, see you next time Gregg

After 6 months my Fridge was failing. Tech came and evaluated the situation. Got an automated call saying the replacement parts are ready. It will take a week before tech can come and fix the fridge. Unbelievable !! Horrible customer service.

We thought the sales people in the Stony Brook store were very helpful & knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them.
