Last year August 2022, ordered a merchandise worth around USD 800$ and was told to pay around USD 250$ for an international speed delivery which was supposedly to be shipped in 4-6 months. Due to the unreasonable and suspicious retailing practice, I was upset and had a back and forth angry email correspondence with PE. The lack of customer complaints handling skills and emotional immaturity, I suspect the person handling the email on the other side was possibly a decision maker of the company. I was told the shipment would be cancelled and my money refunded. Am still waiting for almost 10 months from my initial order and haven’t got the product or the refund. And now, no one responds to my email anymore and there’s no direct customer service hotline. I didn’t expect such a cheap audacity and mismanagement from a brand like PE.

Had i read all these horrible reviews about this company from this site and the better Business Bureau and, several other sites . I would of never, ever ordered shoes from this company. I did order a pair of their shoes. The quality for this price is questionable. Unfortunately i have worn them so cant return. Based on the reviews here and elsewhere, i am sure these shoes will end up in the heap trash soon.

I don't need to add anything more to the reviews of this terrible company. My only comment is that the arrogance, over-the-top rudeness, and an incredibly narcissistic staff - I think the "owners" handle customer service - and you have the foundation for blatant fraud.

There is F you this and F you that, all with a patina of rage. Absolutely the worst company I have EVER dealt with. Amazing that this man, Paul Evans, seems to handle all of the customer requests. And his responses are beyond rude. So here is how this guy operates - you will notice that a significant number of his inventory is not available. So if you still want to order, he asks for you to pre-pay (at a discount) with the understanding that you shouldn't expect delivery for 3 to 6 months. Plus, when you complain, you get the standard; they are coming in next week or next month....How this person is still in business is not because of his management skills, most likely because the shoes he resells are pretty nice. Bottom line....STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS AS POSSIBLE.

The ordering process is seemless! Whether I actually get my shoes is another question... it's been several months. (They're "back-ordered.")
