I have just placed my first order, very reasonably priced and the communication is excellent - they checked and confirmed that the correct parts were ordered

So i found the part i needed for my vehicle from the website and ordered it with the standard delivery. It arrived and was the wrong part. So i phoned and found the part I needed. So i have to wait another week for the part and have to wait for a refund and pay again. Customer service was very friendly but no flexibility or idea to help a customer put right the oriblem
