Paradise Fibers Tracking Order Status

People have complained about rigid heddle orders. However some of the problem is that Ashford products have to come via Ashford. So yes it took about a month to get my rigid heddle reeds but that was hardly the fault of Paradise Fibers. And when there was an error it was taken care of immediately. It's important to remember things happen and Paradise Fibers is a responsive retailer and in my case worked to fix problems that came up. Last thing. I'm very fond of Ashford products but one needs to be a bit patient when ordering items.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Ordered and paid on 8/22. Followed up on 9/5. To be fair, they responded quickly, but with a tracking number that the USPS has no information on. Not shipped yet? Wonder when it will...

I've always had customer service that goes above and beyond here. If they make a mistake, they don't haggle with me about it, they resolve it quickly, politely, and, quite frankly, better than any other customer service rep I've spoken to (bar none! and I've spoken to *many* good reps). For example: I placed an order on 8/8, I received the wrong yarn today (8/10). I contacted them over chat, the customer service rep immediately apologized, and shipped out my correct order today via priority mail.

Not many companies out there will go the extra mile to help the customer have a good shopping experience, but Paradise Fibers does! They seem to try harder than anyone else out there and that means a lot to me. Thank you, Paradise Fibers! Thank you for being among the best for a source of yarn, knitting and spinning tools and supplies, and all things fiber!!!

I have ordered from Paradise Fibers in the past with excellent results. After my most recent order was listed as "processing" for several days (VERY unusual) I looked at other media (Facebook, ravelry, trust pilot, etc.) only to see that others were having delivery issues and that the day I placed my order, Paradise Fibers was doing inventory. I immediately emailed to inquire about my order and requested a response. That same day, my order status changed to "complete" and listed a tracking number. I just received my yarn - but at no time did I receive any communication or a response to my inquiry. This is a very different experience than what I have had in the past. I do not know if my order was shipped as a result of my email or if it was coincidence. I may order again, but with trepidation.
