Paradigit.ie Tracking Order Status

I ordered a g7 monitor 5 days ago to be delivered to Ireland (only 3.95 euro) post. I received my monitor this morning..Apart from great value Iam impressed with the speed of delivery.. Won't go anywhere else for gaming stuff from now on....100% recommend

Ordered a monitor from Paradigit, which subsequently was lost by DHL. Contacted customer service and once they followed up with DHL (which took quite some time, but I assume this was on DHLs side and not the store) they decided to offer me either a refund or a new monitor, of which I chose the latter. It was shipped out the same day, and included their optional buyer guarantee for piece of mind. This is a great shop for prices and very helpful customer service. Will most definitely be my first stop for any PC related products!

Please stop using DHL to deliver items, they love taking the scenic route when delivering packages.

The actual prices very good, but the ordering process and support is a disaster. Ordered an item, looked for option to make delivery address different from billing address but no such option. Assumed must be option post order. Support said to contact them so immediately sent Chat message. Also called them, spoke to a guy who said he had amended the address. I made it clear that the original address CANNOT receive deliveries and he assured me no problem. Next email I received confirmed the item was winging its way to… the original address !! A further frantic reach out received the response that it was out of their hands, to wait till delivery refused then they can resend. I have zero confidence that I am ever going to receive this item now, and utterly disappointed with this company. Never any such issues with multiple orders when it was Komplett, sadly I will think twice before ordering from Paradigm.

Purchased (or, at least tried to purchase) a video card from this site on the 11th of July. The item was out of stock for 3 weeks, with my order page stating the shipping date as on the day new stock was expected, on the 31st. The day came and went, and not only did my order not ship, but store page listed the item as unavailable. Not wanting to wait any longer, I requested a cancellation/refund of my order on the night of the 31st, and received a reply the following morning informing me that my order was cancelled and could expect a refund within 3-5 days. Surprisingly, I received the funds in my account the very next day! So yeah, disappointing experience - but the process of getting a refund was quick and painless.
