Bisher war ich zufrieden mit Otticanet, auch wenn Rückerstattungen etwas dauern. Ich habe eine weitere Brille bestellt, die als lieferbar gekennzeichnet war und das Geld wurde sofort über Paypal abgebucht. Im Nachhinein erhalte ich eine E-Mail, weil man 20 - 25 working days, also durchaus über einen Monat, warten soll, weil die Brille nicht lieferbar sei. Das man Brillen als lieferbar kennzeichnet, die nicht lieferbar sind und dennoch sofort den Kaufpreis abbucht, finde ich unseriös.
