Orvis Tracking Order Status

I subscribed with a new email address to get discount on my first order but nothing arrived even after 24 hours. The customer service on phone were not helpful and also i have not received answer to my mail

Excellent Customer Service at Pasadena location Just wanted to say that all these negative reviewers are tripping. I had an excellent experience dealing with the Orvis team at the Pasadena location. My jacket purchased was too big, and they exchanged it no questions asked. Super easy and now I have the right sizing for my Barbour jacket.

Clothes for women were always unique in the past. They now look like mannish LL Bean clothes .Nothing exciting to buy anymore! I’m sad and miss their unique tops!

UPDATE: Was finally able to reach customer service and they were going to send me a new dog bed cover but then a few days later sent me an email saying (the dog bed cover was out of stock but take 20 percent off another item on us). I promptly called them and said "Do you have the cover in another color?" They did and I finally got my much higher quality dog cover. It pays to be tenacious Huge decline in quality of dog bed covers and non-existent customer service are shocking after years of ordering dog beds from them. The last platform dog bed arrived with an attractive but low quality cover that was not double sided as they usually are. The zipper came apart after a couple of months. Sent documentation as requested but judt got radio silence

Orvis is now under new management by the next in the family line. I remember most Orvis products were made to very high quality standards, up until perhaps 20 years ago. Then they began moving most of their manufacturing to Asia, greatly diminishing quality in construction and materials, all while raising prices. I have not completely given up on Orvis, but I am very careful these days. Hopefully, they don’t go the way of many of the great old American companies such as Abercrombie & Fitch, etc. and run themselves into the ground…
