Updating this. Almost immediately after posting, a sweet rep named Averi reached out to make it right. As I said, my fault for not placing the order sooner-she was able to see that based on the time of day, it just automatically would go out the following day. Even so, they want to make it right and are working with me to get it send to an address overseas. Very impressed with the level of care and concern given. What a great turnaround. So, the takeaway for anyone cutting it close on time, know that the cutoff is early in the day and maybe reach out first. Seems like they will go above and beyond to help you get your products! Ok, I will start with where I went wrong and take credit for that part. I should have ordered sooner. However, with that said, I paid for 2 business day shipping in order to get my product by Monday. It was on track for that but then it was not picked up in a timely manor. Sadly the delivery date has now been pushed to Tuesday, when I will already be landing on the other side of the world. I specifically bought these to travel with, so I’m extremely disappointed. I would have happily paid for one day/overnight shipping had I known it would be 3 business days instead of two.
