On That Ass NL Tracking Order Status

Ich hatte eine Panty im Probeabo, die nach 5 Monaten bereits kaputt ist. Mein Mann hat seit längerem ein Abo. Jede Boxershort ist nach dem Waschen total verblasst und die ersten gehen auch kaputt. Schlechte Qualität.

After being a member on & off for about 3 years I finally decided to cancel my membership. A while back I decided to accumulate my Shop credits based on their impressive looking clothing range in the online Loyalty Scheme, so I renewed my subscription month after month. However, after gaining enough credits to redeem a nice looking hoodie, upon clicking through the process I soon realised you had to pay Postage & Packaging costs on top (and you can't even use left over Shop Credit to cover this either) Although I've been really pleased with the quality of their items (boxers/socks) and previous customer service, I was very disappointed that the hyped up Loyalty Scheme was not of any great benefit at all...

Still give you 5 stars but have some issues I love the designs and comfort of the boxers, socks, sneakers socks and t-shirts. 1. Not always everything turns up each month. I can sometimes miss either the boxers or the socks or the sneaker socks then when I try to get another pair sent out it is always the biggest hassle and takes so long to get sorted that when it does finally get sorted you then respond with oh sorry we no longer have that in stock but here have an older edition that you have already instead ???? Sorry why would I want a design I already have and how can you be out of stock of the newest design yet still have older designs kinda doesn’t make sense really surely they would be out of stock now also no? 2. Loyalty! For someone who has been with you for over 3 years and have every design and membership since before you started doing socks i literally have over 30 pairs of boxers and all the socks and sneaker socks and now the new t-shirts also so my membership total has gone up from £11.99 to just under £30 a month for something I don’t actually need anymore I can wear a pair each day of the month and still have plenty left over without even washing them but it’s now become a collection sort of thing for me it’s such a shame that I don’t always get every single one and have to chase after them and the fact I have all 4 male memberships I personally think we should get more for loyalty than just €10 credit each month I have a hoodie also just need some joggers to complete an entire outfit wearing everything from ‘On That ASS’
