Onsport Tracking Order Status

Excellent to deal with. I had received an email regarding a hold which I was told it happens occasionally. Communication was quick and sorted straight away. I then received product within 3 days, which was earlier than originally notified. Would def purchase from there again.

Sent an item that wasn't as described and then the item I'd originally paid for wasn't available. Instead of a refund, I got credit but their stock is extremely limited in my size so had to settle for something I didn't really want. The kicker is I then had to foot an additional $10 for delivery of these goods that I didn't really want in the first place, so I've essentially paid two lots of delivery and not ended up with what I wanted anyway. I won't be back.

Basically I am happy with the experience. I welcome being able to use my qantas FF points BUT as a new member I could not find where to enter my $10.00 welcome reduction.

Probably wouldn’t purchase from again . They sell stuff they don’t have in stock , waited nearly two weeks for a Garmin watch to be sent from the time I ordered . Postage was quick though .

Ordered 2 pairs of Rip Curl Trail Cargo 20 Inch Walkshort Mens. Couldn’t be more happy with these shorts, they are true to size and there are many pockets and even a secret pocket for my keys/change in the main hip pocket. And once again the delivery was prompt. Thanks guys.
