High-quality and comfortable jeans. I'm a bit of a brand snob and have tried a lot of brands of jeans, but I've still not found anything quite as comfortable and stylish as Only & Sons. I particularly like the stretchy denim making them very comfortable to wear. Online ordering experience a breeze, arriving in the UK from continental Europe in only four days.

Handlet i butik i Kolding Storcenter. Aldrig har jeg fået en service med så manglende nærvær som den jeg fik i Kolding Storcenter. Ingen øjenkontakt overhovedet, samt et akavet forsøg på smalltalk samt mersalg. Tøjet er fint, men servicen er i bund. Handler på nettet fremover!

Difficult customer experience, do not buy from this brand. I placed an order with Only & Sons on 15 December 2022 and it has still not arrived. It is now January 27th 2023. I have repeatedly requested a refund via email and have received no response other than an automatic response. I have not received any update on the order since being told that it had been dispatched and shipped, nor have I received a refund or any compensation. This was a Christmas present for my brother so both he and I were very disappointed not to receive the order. There has been no update on the Evri tracking page since December 21st, I have checked many times. Would absolutely not recommend purchasing from this website. I hope to receive a reply soon and that I will eventually receive the item and/or a refund. Update: Received a refund almost immediately after posting this review. I appreciated the promt response.

He realizado un pedido con varias prendas de ropa online, una de las prendas viene con defectos de fabricación y aún así te obligan a hacerte cargo de 1,99€ por devolución, no es que sea demasiado, pero para que se tenga en cuenta, y no me parece de empresa seria que te cobren por su falta de profesionalidad y no llevar un control de calidad en sus prendas antes de entregar, al igual que si veo correcto que tengas que asumir el coste en caso de desestimiento, o equivocarte al pedir talla. (Edito a fecha de 4/02/23 me han realizado el abono íntegro de la devolución).
