I booked 2 wheeler from. Crystal Arcade to Merlin sparsh Batok at the time of booking It was showing ₹103/- after using balance it shown ₹100/- by competing ride it was showing ₹18/- only, moreover it was showing crystal arcade to kankaria. There was no help line with pilot as well as me too. Any how I paid pilot ₹100/- Such blunders done if it is system mistakes there is no system to rectify it.

Today I booked 2 Wheeler from location where I was. I messaged to pilot. Pilot found it 2 building before and lane inside. then pilot gone opposite lane then we talked over phone and I gone opposite side of road by crossing trafic. Location system is extremely bad of company. I could not fount over my phone that 2 wheeler going towards wrong location. Second, system of company is also wrong as generally consumer gives reviews on app. Which reflects to pilots even it is for company's system's fault. All such are wrong. According to my experiences Uber's services and rates are far better in compression of all other companies, ola is second one off course.
