Oak & Luna (US) Tracking Order Status

I ordered a necklace this past Christmas for my boyfriend's daughter, who's name is "Liv." However, the style/font that I chose made it look like "Lw" when I received it just before Christmas Day. When I reached out to customer service for a return, they were very helpful and let me switch it out for a different font, even after I accidentally let months go by after our initial communication. I just got the new necklace in time to give it to Liv, my now soon-to-be stepdaughter, for her 15th birthday. They ensured that I was happy with their product, and that is a company I will continue to order from.

really like the bracelet with the name of my husband whom passed being a young widow and my son’s name on it as well it means the world to me and especially my husband and son have the same name!

I ordered the silver heart locket necklace and rose gold paper clip bracelet. I love the quality,feel and look of both items. Only disappointed was the engraving. So small and leaves scratches on the area around the engraving. I would order more items minus the engraving!
