New York & Company Tracking Order Status

I ordered 2 things a dress which I returned and a shirt. I used my own label with tracking to return the dress. They marked it received and then shorted me $10. I contacted them and they did refund the remaining $10. My bigger issue is the shirt I bought. it tore the first time a washed it. It was still ins tock so I requested an exchange. I got a canned response saying no exchanges no returns after 30 days. I will no longer buy clothes from them

I used to love this store and in many ways, still do. I wish their brick and mortor would return. It's so much easier. The shipment takes so long. You pay for expedited shipment and your items are almost 2 weeks getting to you. They cannot blame the weather either!

I ordered 4 items on sale. 1 item I was emailed that they would not be able to fill, and I would not be charged for. The other 3 came in standard shipping time (6 days) with no issues. I read all these terrible reviews and got worried but I personally had a good experience and would shop this site again in the future.

I was hesitant to order from them due to all the reviews about slow shipping and bad customer service. Decided to chance it and see what happens. I received my order within 4 days of ordering! And the quality of the items was excellent for the price. I am very pleased with my order and I will be ordering more items in the future!

It seems like I should have trusted the reviews on this site. Ordered two items, was charged and never received the items. Been on hold for 23 minutes trying to get in contact with customer service. I get it, we are under stressful times in the work force, but if you can't keep up, SHUT IT DOWN TEMPORARILY.
