NuLeaf Tracking Order Status

I absolutely loved their initial service and the product was amazing. HOWEVER, their communication and responding to my emails was dismal, they appear to have NO customer service team and DO NOT respond to emails. I couldn't even RESET my password because this company didn't respond with password reset. Appears to me to be all about their product which is great BUT zilch customer service which is the vital part of any business.

Sloooowww shipments. Pony Express would be faster. Took 5 days to "ship" the order and as of 9 days later the tracking info has yet to show movement out of CO. I will use someone else going forward.

After placing my subscription on hold, they still sent me cbn oil and billed me for it. I wanted them to close my account and credit my credit card. They said I would have to mail it back at my expense and my precious time. I told them this is your mistake why should I have to do this and pay for shipping and my time. I was told to call this number well they dont have anyone to answer the phone. So I was screwed.

Fantastic customer service and high quality products.

I had tried the Blueberry ones and really didn't like the metallic after-taste. I ordered the Orange ones and oh wow! They are delicious and as always these gummies help take the edge off my sciatica and arthritic pain. Sometimes I have to take 3 a day if its a really bad day. But I highly recommend NuLeaf to all my friends.
