NOW TV Tracking Order Status

I have never had any issues with NOWtv not loading or working and I've had it for a few years now. The programmes stream fine and there are no issues in that regard. My only issue which really irritated me was was the menu screens, it was so awkward to navigate and hard to find programmes, it wasn't user friendly at all BUT now they have done an update which has made the menu like Netflix. It is soooo much easier to find programmes and see what's what. I'm happy it's been updated. Giving 4 stars as Netflix is still my number 1....sorry NOW :)

The new update and refresh app experience has made the user. Experience so much better to use and much more family oriented as never used to have profile which now it does and the app loads so much quicker and is no longer glitchy when loading between pages

Decent content but I'm not impressed with paying for "ad free" and still having ads at the beginning of almost everything I watch. This is not ad free, and expecting people to pay extra for boost is as greedy and disgusting as Amazon adding ads and making people pay more to remove them. These services don't care about their viewers

Absolutely hate the new update. New account screen, Home Screen etc. Yet another company making changes for change’s sake.

I've been with Now TV for years they no longer provide my BB but have stuck with the TV service for flexibility. I have seen the negative reviews but personally I have never had an issue, even the BB when I was with them. I have suffered the streaming issues but that was down to my BB at the time. I get offers and I can dip in and out of what I want. Big F1 fan so on for the season and off at the end. Personally I have found the whole service to be very good and no 24 month contract.
