Noni B Limited Tracking Order Status

Recently I purchase a jacket but got the wrong size . When I wanted to exchange with the smaller size the girl asked me to produce the receipt , god knows where I lost the recipe but they can’t do it even though tag was still intact , I showed the girl a transaction but she insisted for receipt. I do understand that’s important but mishap do happens it’s just a world but it doesn’t mean that you can’t exchange I was not asking for REFUND, my request was simply an EXCHANGE for a smaller size. World is going paperless and they care about the small piece of paper. Even they were not able to retain my account so funny…. Anyhow I can’t wear the jacket due to a wrong size:( Thank you Noni B. People be aware , do not lose your receipts and take photo of it if you ever buy from them. I am very disappointed by them they don’t care about loyal customers .

Had the best experience at Noni B Moonee Ponds Central today. I was able to use the store credit I had for ages to purchase a lovely Jacket. I needed $1.00 more to complete my already heavily discounted purchase, I had only 40c in my purse and was taking out my credit card to pay, when the blonde store- keeper said" That's ok, I'll pay it." And she took out a dollar and paid. She took so much care in steaming my garment, before it left the store and I felt so special, I even hugged her at the end. It is always my store of choice and I love their range and bargains.

I am so disappointed in the quality of Noni B clothing the last few years, when I have ordered something they take forever to arrive plus the last couple of days I have been receiving 100+ emails per day. Absolutely over them.

Website says you can return online purchases in store but I went to a store and they refused to take it. I showed the assistant the website where it says you can return to store but she said head office told them they cannot. They had the same dress instore, just ridiculous that I wasted my time and petrol going to a store. Dress was great quality and price but too big.
