noissue Tracking Order Status

The product is as expected, the thing that left me positively surprised was the service. The print had not been corrected, and their customer service was impeccable, produced a new batch of products quickly, and resolved the problem brilliantly.

I'm really impressed with the quality of the products i ordered; stickers, bags, and postcards! The designing process was strsaightforward and easy. Communication with the team was simple and effective. When I did come across as issue with the sizing of the mailers, the noissue customer service resolved our issue quickly. (My feedback there would be to let customers know what the usable size of the mailers are on the inside.) All in all, we are a new small business and feel we have a great branding presence due to the noissue products.

I appreciate that they review the artwork prior to printing. However, I ordered stickers and postcard and I can certainly say that it screams cheap quality. I'm too embarassed to use them and send to customers and will not be using them. These are printed in China. I used Alibaba which had superior quality in comparison to this. I can print better quality from home. I'm glad that I didn't order a large quantity from this place after seeing the results. I will not be a returning customer.

I've placed multiple orders with Noissue over the last couple of years and there have been problems or issues with every order. The first order literally sat in a warehouse for 3 weeks even though the order said 'shipped'. It wasn't until I reached out to customer service that the package started moving. I ordered tote bags next. It took 4 days to get a design proof. When I opened the file, there were elements of my design that had been removed. Someone had literally removed letters out of words in my design and then sent that to me as the proof. Most recently, I ordered kraft tissue. Again, after 4 days without a proof, I reached out to customer service. The proof arrived minutes later. The person who proofed my file added a note saying they can't print white ink on kraft tissue. However, the listing photos for kraft tissue show an example with white ink. They got back to me and said, just kidding white ink is possible! I received my order yesterday and unlike the bright white ink in the photos, the white ink on my tissue is so pale that in some places it looks like there's nothing there. I need the tissue for the holiday season and it will take another 4 weeks for a reprint, so there is no point in asking for one. I appreciate Noissue's commitment to sustainability but I really wish there were another printer out there who could print these product with low order minimums. If I could find one, I would never order from Noissue again.
