Love this digital picture frame picture clarity is awesome. Customer service rep Joe was fantastic helping me understand what I was doing wrong with trying to turn on the frame. He explained it in easy to understand terms to this old lady who is not good with these new modern items. Thanks Joe!

Have a Nixplay frame and upgraded to Nixplay plus, in this process I had difficulty with some things so Lou from the support team help me out greatly. Can’t say enough about that. Also in Nixplay frames are awesome and everybody should get one to share memories with their loved ones.
