The New Yorker Tracking Order Status

I applied for a subscription that included a free tote bag that never came, so I guess this is a scam. I tried to get in touch with the support staff and they couldn't even find my subscription, although I paid for it, forwarded my correspondence to the customer service and never answered me back.

I have in the past had many successful New Yorker subscriptions. This time, I wanted to try their digital content subscription for 12 weeks for a few pounds, but once ordered I couldn’t access it. I checked my NYer account and it said it there was no current subscription. I assumed the payment hadn’t gone through.A year later I’m being told that my subscription is about to renew. Turns out they opened another account in my name on another email address, and a year ago charged £100 to my credit card. I have send about 15 emails trying to get it rectified and the New Yorker staff are ignoring what I’m saying and trying to sell me another subscription ?!?!? Insert expletives of your choice

I have noticed that The New Yorker is making some great improvements to their phone app. I use the Android app and am finding to be better with more up to date articles every day. Better late than never!
