Needle & Thread Tracking Order Status

received a dress that was damaged and smelled badly. I contacted them directly. They were understanding. I returned the dresses immediately. The problem is they won't refund my money. It has now been 14 days since they received the dresses. I have contacted them several times and each time they indicate that they will get started on it right away. It is almost €1300. Please I really need my money back! Edit: After I contacted them via Instagram, I luckily got my money back. They have apologized.

The dress was more than I had hoped for - beautifully made and just as described. The fit was perfect. I ordered on one day and it was delivered the next day - wonderful service.

I wore the floral diamond ruffle gown on my best friend's engagement, she's very special to me and wearing N&T made my experience more special. I felt like a princess. It was perfect! Can't wait to wear more of N&T.

I ordered the dress on 15th September to wear to a wedding dinner on 23rd September. That was cutting it super close especially since mine was an international order. I contacted customer service and Tobi really assisted me by ensuring that it got sent asap. I received it in Singapore on 21st September which was fantastic! The dress fitted beautifully, I am a true UK6 and it was a perfect fit! The tailoring is beautiful and I received many compliments. I will definitely recommend shopping with Needle & Thread and would not hesitate to buy another item again soon! Thank you for the lovely experience.
