Naturehike Tracking Order Status

I purchased a tent on this website and received no updates for a week. After contacting their support, I received a tracking email, and after checking the tracking number, I saw that the item had been delivered that day. Of course, I didn't get it (I work from home and was at home that day). They used swiship.co.uk as their shipping company, and you can read their reviews (terrible). I contacted Naturehike support, and after multiple email exchanges, they agreed to send it again from a different warehouse and use a different shipping provider. And finally, I received the tent. I think the issue is with Swiship. It's just unfortunate that they charge quite a lot for shipping and then use a shady provider. The best news is that I managed to get it a few days before my camping trip, and the tent is great!

I've just received the Tent Opalus 3 person I'm waiting for one thing to go bikepacking for the test. After all the great reviews I've seen about this model, I know in advance that I won't be disappointed. Rudy

Purchased a VIK 1 tent, not from this website but from a third party, would like to thank Naturehike for the great products I love it.

I have ordered several outdoor camping items (tents, sleeping bags, stool, chairs and gas heater) from this brand and I am super satisfied with the quality. Only bad thing is delivery. It took almost a month per item to arrive.
