Myntra can spend crores on actors to endorse their company but cant ensure pickup for wrongly sent product, since it is already paid….. If customer care executives don't have the power to resolve minor issues then y u wasting our money on customer care…. Waise bhi 4 months baad bhi app kholo tho same product hi dikhata hai….. baki jo marzi brands ka dupliket mil jayega….bas thode hi apani izzat bacha paye hain….

I recently purchased a pair of shoe from Myntra and got the delivery ontime as well. However the size didn’t fit well when I tried the shoe. I immediately tried to exchange for another product and after two attempts just couldn’t do it and finally opted to return the shoe. However the returned product didn’t meet quality check standard and my request for return was rejected. My question is how was it shipped to the customer if it didn’t meet the quality check? I literally put my foot for less than a minute to try it out. Are we expected to accept sub standard quality but ensure return is of a high quality product. I feel cheated☹️
