My Fit Teds Tracking Order Status

I've already left a 5 * review, but my most recent experience warranted another recent review. I ordered a cap and mistakenly used my old billing address (I recently moved). Assuming the transaction would not be completed successfully (because every other hat store doesn't allow inaccurate billing addresses to complete transactions), I updated my billing address, placed a new order with updated billing address, and promptly sent an email stating that the first order contained an incorrect billing address. The next day, both caps shipped and no email response. Their customer service is virtually non-existent, and there's no legitimate phone number to reach Myfitteds if a problem occurs. Really poor way of running a business and surely there are other ways of mitigating issues besides going radio silent. For a company that designs great hats, I'm not so sure their customer service is worth dealing with. There are other hat stores, such as Topperz, that has fantastic customer service and would never leave their customers hung out to dry. Myfitteds doesn't seem to be bothered by their poor customer service reputation, either. Also, they removed a past review of a cap that fit ridiculously large for its size.

Despite negative reviews, my experience was positive and I'd recommend doing business with Myfitteds. Flawless transaction from start to finish, even during Black Friday weekend. Though the shipping duration was average, my hat was packed adequately and I received exactly what I ordered. Don't let the negative reviews deter you and give this small business a try.
