Everything was great!

Please note: MyFaceShirt and MakePuzzlePhoto are the same company. I wouldn't say don't order from these companies. But I would say, keep your expectations low. The quality is poor and delivery is slow. While communications are good, all answers seem to be little more than generic canned responses, so it's difficult to have much faith in them. The ordering process is straight forward and the site is easy enough to navigate. However, the means by which they attempt to extract money is somewhat devious. Rather than being asked to opt-in to their very unnecessary extras, customers must intentionally opt-out, steps that is easily missed. Then to top it all off, there's an option to leave a tip. A tip, before the product has even been put into production?! What a cheek! Owing to the confusion I experienced in dealing with a seemingly different company than to the one I placed my order with, production was delayed by a week. Did they speed things up as a result of the confusion they caused? No, they did not. I got a canned apology and a fob off! Inspite of this, the shirt arrived on time (it still took well over two weeks, but I had allowed a lot of time because I anticipated poor service based on reviews read on Trust Pilot), and it was printed as requested. However, the quality of the material is cheap and I think unwearable. The stitching is also very poor. Overall, the garment is not wearable and not fit for purpose. It would be fine as a joke gift, but nothing more. I placed my order on MyFaceShirt.com, but all of the communications came from MakePhotoPuzzle.co.uk. I was then informed that they are the same company and that they operate numerous websites, all doing the same thing. Because this order was handled by two trading names, I have left the same review for both.

I had one item that I did not care for when the image was uploaded. I was able to completely get that item refunded and was able to reorder a new item. The customer service was great. They even refunded my shipping cost for the 2nd order so I didnt have to pay for shipping twice.

Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I had lots of questions, and the people at myfacetshirt were great about answering every one. Making sure I got the personalized shirt the way that I wanted was a priority for them.

I ordered these shirts for my partner's surprise 40th birthday party. We planned for all guests to have them already on for the big surprise. My partner loved it! Additionally, our guests kept commenting on how much they also loved the shirts. We even had several strangers ask us where they could get them. Hopefully, we kicked you some additional business!
