Responsive customer service, imaging looks wonderful on the blocks, and the packaging was beyond secure making the product flawless upon delivery. The only recommendation I have for bulk orders, or more than 1 at a time might be to either include the image associated with the product code in the receipt of purchase, or detail of contents within to avoid needing to I package and repackage the item. Beyond that, keep your the good work!

The brick figure I ordered is so cute. It looks just like him...shirt and everything. I cant wait to see his face when he opens this gift.
