Music Direct Tracking Order Status

Jon Shulman is not only a credit to his company, he's a model for competent, knowledgeable, and caring customer service. Made sure that changes to my order were made before it shipped. Also took the time to make sure that multiple payments were properly entered into the system. Jon patiently answered my many audio questions and helped me with several purchases that I wasn't 100% sure of. If Mr. Shulman is representative of the folks at Music Direct, then it must be the best audio solutions business in the US. Thank you.

I posted a 2/5 review on a product I bought recently from Music Direct and they didn't publish it on their website. It seems they only publish positive reviews. So what's the point of having a customer feedback system where they filter out negative reviews?

A friend suggested that I contact Music Direct as I wished to buy a pre-used but good classical organ. Peter Braid recommended one that was in stock, a Viscount 232, and also arranged for several recordings to be made for me. This was very good service and as a result I was pleased to place an order for the instrument which last Wednesday was delivered expertly to my home. Music Direct is guaranteeing the organ for six months. I am very satisfied with the instrument. A few technical questions that arose were responded to eventually by Peter. I do think that the Company may be under-resourced though in terms of staff: it can be difficult to contact people. I note that not only is my instrument still advertised on their website, which apparently is out of date, but also that my account shows that I have placed no orders! Really!! Even so, I am very glad that I made this purchase from Music Direct.

I purchased JBL 4367 Tower Speakers in September 2020. The entire process was perfect. Especially the sensitivity of the sales agent re a $15,000 purchase. I am extremely happy with my purchase and Music Direct service.
