Musical Images Tracking Order Status

Don't waste your time. Like everyone else I received an email saying item not in stock after payment was made. Just pay the extra and shop at curry's or John Lewis.

Items marked on the site with a big green tick saying "available to order" actually means they are out of stock. Any company that does this is not getting my business.

The team at Musical images have surpassed all of our expectations! We’ve had two spectacular 8k Samsung televisions installed and commissioned along with Sonos sound bars by the highly enthusiastic team and the cinema room. There is also endless support available from the team and I would highly recommend them. We have recommended them highly due to the great customer service we have received.

Website very misleading says item ready to order but really the items not in stock .Do not reply to emails.AVOID

Checked their website on cyber Monday, which said the item I wanted was in stock and would be dispatched in 5 days. Paid for it and waited. Then got an email to say the item wasn’t in stock and they were waiting for a delivery from the manufacturers. I chased them a few times and got though in the phone once to be told they were still waiting for stock. Then received an email nearly three weeks later to say that no stock will be delivered into the country for a couple of months so my order has been cancelled - which is rubbish as there is plenty of stock when you check with other companies. I had never heard of Musical Images before but I gave them a chance and they failed miserably. I now have to try to but this item elsewhere with just a few days before Christmas. Don’t bother buying from these people. And don’t trust their website when it’s says the item you want is in stock. And don’t trust what they say when you call them. Absolute Rubbish!!
