Mr. Christmas Tracking Order Status

Agree with the last review total scam do not use. They did the same to a friend tracking from China and then say delivered but never arrives. Absolute disgrace. I would give them minus a million stars if I could they should be shut down. Do not Use at any cost

Total scam .. DO NOT Purchase anything from them.. slate saying it's delivered but nothing to be seen..... Tracking all the way from China then nothing... SCAM ... 0 stars if I could ,stole my money and no goods . Told me it's not their item ...a total disgrace .. paid them and then they're denying that was advertised on their site and has all the tracking from Mr Christmas right up to the delivery being delivered and nothing was delivered ... Fraud .....

This review is not about the website but about the poor quality control of Mr. Christmas products, especially those sold on QVC and HSN. I love Mr. Christmas products but their quality control has gone down the drain. I've received ceramic items like their trees with chips, cracks, sloppy glazing with skipped areas, or that didn't work. These are all factory flaws--often the chips and cracks will be glazed over. Sometimes they will use paint in areas that weren't glazed to fool the customer but it is done so poorly that you can tell. I had one ceramic tree where the employee was running out of white glaze. There were two 1.5" brush hairs stuck to the tree and glazed. Parts of the tree didn't have glaze, so they used a white paint to mask the lack of glaze. Some areas weren't glazed at all. It looked like a small child had done the glazing on this tree. I sent it back immediately. I've had to return about 25 ceramic items from Mr. Christmas/Ms Liberty/Mr. Halloween/Mr. Cottontail over the course of two years. It's a real crapshoot--you either get a beautifully glazed ceramic item or you get one with factory flaws that are still packaged as a Factory First instead of either being rejected or packaged as a Factory Second to be sold at a discount store. Mr. Christmas really does not care about quality control, and that's deplorable for a supposedly "Family Owned" business.
