People are not in HK Do NOT buy anything from this website. I am so so disappointed about my purchase. I ordered a black crescent bag online and it came so late, much much delay than my order from mytheresa.com. More worse, there is missing part - I didn’t receive the short strap which that’s why I ordered the bag. The longer strap is not suitable at all, it looks ugly though. I requested a return and turn out they will charge 15% restocking fee, they will charge the shipping fee for return also. Overall this company is NOT friendly to customer at all. I would never buy anything from this website and Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone!!!
