MOO Tracking Order Status

I called in a panic because I am going on an out-of-country business trip and ordered new business cards with new branding to arrive today. Bad address. Haley, said no problem we will reprint and send before your trip on MOO. That doesn't happen anymore.

This was my first time ordering from Moo and they have earned my business. I used the incorrect font size in original design and when I received my cards I was so disappointed. I could hardly read the contact information on the card, the font was so small. I wrote customer support and asked if they could extend any consideration for new cards and without any hesitation, they said "of course". You can't find companies that provide custom service like that today.

Awesome customer support! I ordered some business cards which where not perfectly centered and I got a reprint without fees! Would recommend MOO to any business owner!

The business cards from MOO are very high quality. Noramy answered all of my questions to my satisfaction when I placed another order today. He was very helpful.

This is my first time using this company for business cards. I think their software could be better in determining the proof or if they had a better mockup process. I got my order, and unfortunately they screwed up with the trim and my design was not centered. After contacting support, I had the pleasure of working with Tiffany and she was able to help me with my reorder. I sent another design in, and Tiffany was able to reorder my business cards free of charge and they came out so much better.
