Monki Tracking Order Status

Köpte ett par hängselbyxor från Monki via h&m. Leveransen tog exakt 10 dagar, trots att det endast "skulle" ta 4-6 dagar. Hängselbyxorna sitter bra, och det är ju himla tur det för när jag läser andras recensioner om Monki så har jag förstått att returer kan bli lika sega och slarvas bort m.m...

Refunds SYSTEMATICALLY do not get issued! Not only they do not offer free returns (they keep €3 from your refund), the return process is painful and you have to contact customer service multiple times to actually remind them to give you your money back... I do not recommend shopping on monki.com, better buy the brand on other e-commerce websites such as ASOS or Zalando

I’ve been a monki customer for quite a long time and always loved their dresses but just lately the quality seems to have gone down hill and the sizes are all over the place. Takes quite a while for delivery and have had problems with returns and now they’ve started charging for return postage so I’ve decided to buy my clothes from else where.

I used to buy an L or XL in Monki depending on what it was. The clothes in these sizes fit fine but I always wished they introduced an XXL as the waistband elastiic and tummy area on some trousers are less than generous. I ordered some trousers in an XXL, in the exact same style as I have bought before a couple of years ago in an L and XL I was shocked to see that the new ones in an XXL are smaller than the L ones from just a few years ago, they are more like an M used to be. But the returns process is such a hassle I couldn't be bothered to return. It is concerning that Monki are making their sizes smaller as this type of thing ruins young women's self-confidence and contributes to a distorted body image, especially as the website says these items are oversized so please go down a size if you don't want an oversized fit. I am sure that if the larger sizes have gone down by two sizes in terms of measurements then the smaller ones must have too. In addition several Monki stores in the UK deliberately have only XS and S in stock in the vast majority of items, particularly the Manchester Arndale and Stratford Westfield stores. Last time I went to the Stratford Westfield store a few months ago they had no M, L, XL or XXL at all. Not in a single item of clothing. I and other customers have highlighted this to Monki on social media and they have just ignored it.

Finns fina kläder med många storlekar. Dock talar kundtjänst bara engelska och är otrevlig och verkar inte förstå/läsa allt man skriver i mejl till dem. De upprepar samma frågor om och om igen i diskussionen precis som att den som lämnar över ärendet till nästa pass, lämnar det i händerna på en som börjar om från början med rutinfrågor, dvs läser inte vad man skrivit. Returprocessen är också krånglig. Jag saknade ett par skor och kryssade då för att den varan saknades. De korrigerade inte fakturan. Istället efter att jag frågat varför, svarar de att de inte litar på mig!? Har varit en trogen kund där i många år men får detta till svar?
