I renewed my Moneyspire account as I believe the app is easy to use and reasonably priced. However, their support is non existant. As I'm unable to access the cloud service nor the banking connect function even though I purchased a valid license. Four emails later, NO response from support (which is only by email) Ready to contest the charge and move to another platform
