Mocka New Zealand Tracking Order Status

I've ordered lots of things from mocka over the years-a kids bed, kids table and chairs, high chair, side table and 2 sets of drawers. Always fantastic service and good products that always look better than expected. I will continue to shop at mocka as their products are reliably very good.

The low boys were missing items and the dining table has powder coating quality issues. No response from mocka, would not use again and would encourage people to look elsewhere. Mocka have since been in touch and offered some compensation so i have updated the score. Its a shame it takes poor reviews to get service though.

Poor instructions for drawers assembly.

We ordered a coffee table, was easy to assemble and was delivered within 2 weeks. My advice is to inspect each component extremely carefully before assembling. I did not check carefully enough as when I fixed the last board (the top) there was a crushed corner. Went on the website to see about replacement and it says they have no responsibility after you start assembling. They also want contact within 24 hours, the boxes sat in the spare room until the weekend let alone start assembling within 24 hours to notice issues. A warning on the front of the instructions would be great. Quality is no different from Kmart / warehouse flat pack furniture. Have always found Kmart / warehouse to be great about replacing faulty items even after assembly though…

It was a long wait for my item to be delivered. When I opened it, there was a damage - a hole in the Board. Somebody from their warehouse must have stepped on it. Emailed Mocka showing pictures but they did not bother to reply. Now I have a Buffet table with hole
