I never received the item I purchased and they refused to issue a refund or ship a replacement.

I bought the James stud. After one wear, a tiny CZ stone fell off one of the studs. I left an objective, facts-only review saying this. The review was never posted to their site, but I received a response via email telling me that the James stud doesn’t have a CZ stone. I emailed back a screencap of their own product listing and received a dismissive reply that acknowledged the product has a stone and wanted to know if I wanted a refund or exchange. When I said I wanted a refund AND my review posted, they refused to refund. To date, the review hasn't been posted.
