Miista Tracking Order Status

The shoes are really beautiful and nice. Unfortunately the second time I used them the heel was coming off in one corner. I contacted the company and after a long waiting the told me to go to cobbler at that they will refund me. I did that and after a while I had the same problem with the shoe. They refund me after quite a while and after a reminder from my part. Then I saw that one stitch on the top of the boat is loose. :( I’m very sad cause I love the shoe by I don’t think the costumer service was great since they just told me this happens with usage and it’s my fault. I made a point that the shoes was new when they first was damaged and that such expensive shoes should hold pretty long. Also since the company says they are environmental friendly.

I wish there was also leather inside the shoe, not poly, as well with the lacquer leather on the outside. Also , the elastic band on the strap destroyed super fast. However, I like the design I bought - not suitable for 12hrs shift, but def great for everything else between party and brunch!

Le scarpe sono molto belle e di buona fattura, ma per il prezzo che hanno sono troppo delicate. Dopo la prima volta che le ho utilizzate si sono rovinate moltissimo, in più sono molto rigide e per niente comode. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo non è quindi ideale.

Got a broken shoe. They were not very helpful about it. Still walking around with it.
