Sarah was extremely helpful and very efficient. I needed a replacement pad for my daughter’s helmet that had been stolen at school. Daughter was upset as the Velcro was catching on her hair. Sarah sent a replacement pad and an extra surprise to cheer up my daughter-lovely!
