Awful

Awful. Never ship the item ordered, and they don’t respond to cancellation or customer service requests. Stay far away.

Merchbar is hit or miss

Merchbar is hit or miss. At first I received vinyl on time then it started to take a year. Not acceptable at all. After two records took a year and still not shipped, I have asked for canceling of my other orders

Never recieved, constant spam

Placed an order in August. By October I had heard nothing from them so cancelled. They were quick to refund thankfully but I would have liked the item I ordered. Since then, they keep sending emails about deals, even when I clicked unsubscribe on every single email. Pretty sure this breaks a law.

I think many people are more inclined to write a bad review, but my experience with merchbar was great . They replied when they could as it is a busy time of year I understand they are probably busy . my parcel arrived today in Ireland they only wrote to me 2 days ago to let me know it was shipped couldn't be happier when it arrived today ... thank you

Alles Top gelaufen. Am 02.11.2024 eine Vinyl vorbestellt die am 15.11.2024 erschienen ist. Am 18.11.2024 habe ich die Lieferung bekommen. Ich hatte zuerst bedenken wegen den ganzen negativen Erfahrungen. Aber bei mir war alles Super. Sonst war die Vilyl überall ausverkauft. Bei euch habe ich sie noch bekommen. VIELEN DANK
