I have bought several items from Aeyla & I can’t fault any of them always good quality goods delivered speedily

First night we both found the pillow much more comfortable and felt better on waking in the morning. Happy with this purchase.

I bought the pillow for side sleepers and it was awful as so bulky it gave me a crocked neck so I have given up in it. I also bought a sleep eye mask which came to pieces in the first (gentle) wash. Very disappointed

I got the dual pillow, and it's fine. It just seems like a normal medium firmness pillow - it is comfortable, but is not much better than other pillows I've had which cost half the price. I fell for the hype advertising on this one. The other thing is, I thought it was sneaky how when I ordered it said dispatch within 2 or 3 days, and then I got the email about the shipping delays. Based on other comments here, these delays have been happening for months and the company should have been more transparent on their website about this. In the end I did not mind waiting, but I would not have made the order if I knew about the delay, which the company is well aware of and that is why they do not make it clear on their website at the point of paying for your order.

The bedding feels lovely but the opening is the full length of the side and the buttons are on the wrong side of the quilt cover (on a super king they are on the short side so the buttons are not at the bottom of the bed), I have tried to contact Aeyla but they don't have a phone number and don’t reply to emails.
