Beautifully framed print

My partner ordered a print of Belvoir Castle and we also paid for the print to be framed. It arrived within 5 days after ordering. We are SO pleased with the final result. You can tell the print has been framed by a professional service. Can’t wait to hang it. Well worth the money we paid. Thank you.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed with this company. What started out as really good customer service has now turned into frustration. I ordered a print in a frame on 5th December. I straight away realised I had made an error on my order (I had clicked for a black and white image but as I then selected another drop down box it had reset the colour option back to the original) I contacted you straight away and by 8th December you confirmed you had managed to correct my order for me and I would be getting my print as I’d wanted, I was thrilled with your help. Fast forward to 17th December...heard nothing since, no dispatch notice etc. Online it said orders are normally ready to go within 2/3 days but can take longer...I thought mine might take a bit longer due to my mixup but we were now talking of a week and 2 days so I emailed asking for an update. I’d had no reply by 18th December and I noted from the website that was the last day for ordering for Xmas delivery, so I rang and spoke to a man who informed me that there had been some kind of error as it had been sent to the lab for printing but then nothing after that and it should’ve been dispatched by now. He said he sent it for reprinting and not to worry as I’d definitely get it in time for Xmas. I then rang again on 21st December just to make sure it had all gone through after my last call, the same man reassured me it would be fine, I’d get it for Xmas and it should be getting dispatched that day. The following morning (22nd December) I woke up to an email from customer services in reply to my email from 17th December saying you hoped to get it dispatched within the next 2 days. I rang up again and the same man still reassured me I would get it in time for Xmas...I explained how unlikely that was given how busy the couriers all are and that I just wanted to know the truth. I explained that if I wasn’t going to be receiving it on time then i would just like to know. He said he would speak with the lady that sent the email and ask someone update me, 24 hours later and still no update, also today is the 2nd day of the 2 days from the email and still no dispatch notice. Tomorrow is Xmas eve so safe to say we won’t be getting the Xmas gift in time to give to my 84 year old grandmother. I would just like to say that I completely appreciate how tough companies will be having it this year but please don’t lie or mislead your customers. If you know something isn’t going to make it on time then just let them know so they have the option to do something about it. Elderly people have also had a tough time this year and we were really looking forward to giving her a print of her favourite place this Xmas that she hasn’t been able to go and see. It’s been a rubbish year all round and I get that a missed present isn’t the worst trouble to have but just a truthful answer instead of feeling fobbed off would have been appreciated.

Prompt delivery of a quality print

Prompt delivery of a quality print, unfortunately the 51x41cm image is too narrow for the standard 50x40cm frame which is a shame, l am left with the white bands of the border of the image showing within the inlay of the frame, hence only 4 stars this time
