Mediamodifier Tracking Order Status

I am giving it two stars for the simple way it allows to generate a mock-up. Everything else is a one-star about this company. PROs: Very easy to generate a good quality mock-up very quickly. CONs: 1. Poor customer service. They really need to respond quickly, and need to provide a better way than emailing back and forth. Virtually no technical support here, so you're pretty much on your own. 2. Buggy website 3. Buggy account management (I found two of my team members account was removed. Adding them back does not let them in anymore). 3. Product needs a lot of enhancements. I have not seen any over a year - tells me that this company is stalled. They at least need to provide an ability to download images in multiple formats (SVG, PSD, TIFF) along with PNG. Ability to generate an image with specified resolution will help. These are very basic requirements.

Easy to use and beautiful mockups

They made what appeared to be a wrong situation right! Annaliis was the best. She remained courteous and solution-oriented although I was frustrated by the error I was receiving. She went above and beyond. She responded in a timely manner to my requests.

It’s the best thay I’ve found but it still sucks. Saving drafts and downloading is a pain. It wants to repopulate the same draft every time and I can’t flip between different projects. There aren’t many Linked In templates and the ones they have are hard to edit and modify. Lots of issues. Bummed I paid money for this.

The site is so disorganized it is largely unusable.
